Overview This website is operated by WTFmug. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WTFmug. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Section 2 - Products & Fulfillment (Print-on-Demand) All our products (such as mugs) are custom-printed on demand through a third-party fulfillment partner (Printful). Because items are produced individually upon order, colors, placement, and mockups may slightly vary from the final physical product.

Section 3 - Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Our standard estimated timeframe for production and delivery in the United States is approximately 8 to 13 business days.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

Section 4 - Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • No General Returns: Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or wrong size choices. All sales are final.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you must contact us at hello@wtfmug.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will review the issue and arrange a free replacement.

  • Cancellations: You may request a cancellation before the item has entered production (before fulfillment). Once a product is in production, it cannot be cancelled.

Section 5 - Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.
